Dr Pantazopoulos has been excellent from the start, caring and listening to me. He has been accommodating with my job constraints and travelling and extremely understanding over scheduling. My experience with Dr Pantazopoulos is by far the best I had in years of private healthcare, and in Cromwell hospital and I cannot recommend him enough.

Mr Lakhani was excellent throughout the process. His communication was clear, regular and he made it clear I could ask him anything on an ad-hoc basis if required, even giving me his whatsapp. I would recommend to anyone.

I saw Mr Selvadurai around 10 years ago with severe sinusitis and have recommended him to many friends and colleagues since. I have had two heart procedures undertaken by Dr. Quereshi and both have were clearly explained before the event, the team was very reassuring on the day and very good follow-ups, clear communication throughout making the procedures as good as they could be.

Excellent first consultation with a good explanation of my condition, let down by subsequent confusion over what type of further ECG was required and a lack of follow-up letter, despite telephone reminders, and information about onward referrals.
