The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.

The whole experience was very good. I had a mammogram , which was most thoroughly and efficiently done, and then saw Miss Roche for my check up

The Sainsbury Wing is a calm and peaceful place with pleasing, though non-luxurious decor. The staff on reception are not knowledgeable enough,and could be more gracious and reassuring towards patients. They should be reminded that people are there because they are worried and unwell,and paying a lot of money through desperation and failing NHS.

The appointments ran smoothly and were always on time.

I recently visited Luxmedica in Ealing and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care I received. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had with ease. My doctor, Dr Katarzyna Adamek, was amazing outstanding professional, taking the time to perform a thorough examination and communicate her findings in a way that was easy to understand, without any medical jargon. I was particularly impressed with her patience and attention to detail during the breast ultrasound, as she explained everything she was doing and seeing on the screen. This level of transparency helped to keep me informed and prevent any undue stress or worry. Dr Adamek's approach was clearly patient-centric, and I am confident that I will return for future appointments. In fact, I have already recommended her services to my mother, who I am sure will receive the same excellent care that I did.

Excellent care, respect and consideration

Always friendly and accommodating. Easy to book online and easy to speak to over the phone as well. They have a lot of specialties which makes it very convenient. Overall they have very good specialists.

My stay was good except the food was horrendous that I did not eat hardly anything and got severely constipated.
