It was a very good experience that I had at the hospital.

I had my first appointment with dietician Pooja Dhir who immediately put me at ease when we first spoke. It was a video consultation however Pooja was calm, reassuring, gentle in her probing and engaged. I felt heard. Her follow up notes were comprehensive. It was a particularly stressful time for me and my family and she was truly a light in the dark. We had two follow up appointments and each time she was knowledgeable and friendly - I felt I had made a friend by the time our third session concluded! I cannot thank her enough.

Everyone at the Schoen Clinic is extremely friendly, helpful and kind. During my first visit I was very nervous but was quickly put at ease by the staff. All the clinicians that I have worked with have been absolutely fantastic and the experience has genuinely been transformative.

Florence was always on hand for help and advice and sent me lots of additional material, including lovely recipes. I would highly recommend her service.
