From the moment I walked into the hospital the staff was kind and caring. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Couldn’t wish for better experience.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

Really calm and relaxing, friendly staff. Only issue was at night you could hear people’s phones going off that were not on silent and the nurse call bell was quite loud but this cannot be avoided I guess.

We visit Florence Gardam at the clinic. She is a very knowledgable practitioner who offers a whole range of treatments for children with autism, delayed development, adhd and similar conditions. Our experience of the clinic is excellent.

Dr Datta was everything we could have hoped for - experienced, qualified, wise, compassionate and pragmatic.

Just great service

It was a great experience overall. From my initial email to Bloomfield Health about my situation, all the way to the process of getting to my first appointment. I sadly had to re-arrange my appointment a couple of times due to train strikes and other issues. However the medical secretary Missy and practice manager Fernando have been a great help and are very prompt at responding to any issues or queries I had.

As well as Dr Elmiyeh the entire staff were incredible I’ve never been to a doctors surgery that had such friendly and upbeat staff at the front desk
