Very helpful and polite

I had to have a tooth extraction. My regular dentist (not Perfect Smile) struggled for an hour, HUGELY painful, failed, and then told me to go to the NHS to have the extraction under sedation. Natalya (Perf Smile) said she could do it without sedation. She did. I had NO PAIN at all. She is not just a dentist. She is a dental surgeon. Highly recommended.

Even though my procedure of a root canal wasn’t something to look forward to, Dr Patel made me feel at ease immediately. It felt like I was in safe hands from the get go. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was very easy and hassle free, the driver drove safely and was polite and friendly as was the hotel and staff ,my dental treatment was very satisfactory, professional, clean and efficient and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience, especially Ivan and Dr. Edit who I thank very much.
