The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.

He listened to my preferences and did everything in his power to ensure my dental requirements (both technical and aesthetic) were met. Amazing dental clinic with a high level of service and very friendly and helpful staff. Huge thank you Dr. Amrita Singh for her professionalism and help. Our 5 years old son was previously stressed and scared by dentists. However, from the first visit to the Happy kids dental clinic , he was so happy and relaxed. Recently, he underwent tooth extraction and treatment under gas sedation with Dr. Amrita, everything went extremely good and smooth. Highly recommend Dr. Amrita Singh, especially for anxious children.
