Excellent service,dentist and the nurse was helpful and thank you for working together to get back my smile!

I have been a patient with this Dental Surgery for almost 20 years. At all times I know that I am getting the treatment necessary for me to maintain a healthy mouth. Where action is required outwith my bi-annual checks, this is always fully discussed and explained to me and the necessary work done. The ancillary Staff also complement the efficiency of a practice where the patient matters. For anyone moving into this area I can most certainly recommend they contact the Surgery.

Receptionist Donna is so very polite and friendly. Renata & Sarah are very professional and put you at ease. Very friendly 😊

Unfortunately the dentist arrived at the practice late for his 1st appointment at 9am . As I had another appointment with my doctor at 9:45 this was not acceptable. When he did arrive he made it clear that he could do nothing about traffic/ roadworks . An apology would have been more appropriate.

Saw the Hygienist and her assistant who were very efficient, friendly and understanding. Would certainly recommend Middleton Bank Dental to my family and friends.

I was nervous but realized quickly that I was in good hands. Everyone was kind, very professional and put me at ease making the whole procedure pain and stress free.

I've been going to Karen Miller (at Tracey Bell's) for over 5 years. She is the ultimate professional and is absolutely excellent. I am always supremely happy with the treatments. And Ben is amazing too :)

My appointment was late even though I arrived on time and the person that went in before me went in at my appointment time. I was only told it was late until after she went in. During my appointment I was tilted on the chair without warning. Left with the lights shining in my eyes whilst both dentist and nurse left the room to find more equipment. It was freezing. I could hear the receptionist continuously phoning patients on speaker phone and hearing their phone numbers read out on voicemails.
