I am very impressed by the service.

Waiting time 20 to 30 minutes greeted by a very miserable receptionist. The over all experience dentist brilliant Also cleanliness could be better and blind to block light coming in. Didn’t think it was friendly place the dentist was excellent the waiting time was Terrible.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Friendly staff, great care, highly recommend

Very well handled putting my nervous daughter at ease. She required several extractions/ crowns/ fillings. The procedure was explained clearly to me, and smoothly carried out by Dr. Patel and team with no complications. Afterwards, everyone was wonderful in comforting her during recovery from the sedation.

This was my 1st visit and I was very happy with how it went. Rception staff were very friendly and welcoming. I felt very at ease with the dentist and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter is completely at ease at this dentist. We even travel to London from another city for this dentist - it’s that good!
