Very efficient and helpful.

Waiting time 20 to 30 minutes greeted by a very miserable receptionist. The over all experience dentist brilliant Also cleanliness could be better and blind to block light coming in. Didn’t think it was friendly place the dentist was excellent the waiting time was Terrible.

The facilities were clean, the layout of the rooms was organised and the staff were all pleasant, very helpful and professional.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Very well handled putting my nervous daughter at ease. She required several extractions/ crowns/ fillings. The procedure was explained clearly to me, and smoothly carried out by Dr. Patel and team with no complications. Afterwards, everyone was wonderful in comforting her during recovery from the sedation.

They are friendly and am happy with the treatment. I am always ready to recommend a friend and family.
