Always a good experience at HCA and the Wellington Hospital. Staff very professional and friendly. Facilities are clean and comfortable.

The staff were super friendly, especially the receptionists and the nurses. There was construction going on every time we were visiting, which was a little noisy.

An outstanding service! The administrative team arranged for my first consultation within 24 hours of my first contacting them. I then had the spinal injection within a week of first seeing Mr Aylott.

Treated with kindness, respect and understanding. Where possible, they were very accommodating, especially with catering. The theatre staff were very reassuring and patient.

The facilities are great, the food was good. The staff was amazing, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Diana for her support, during the most painful first night.
