Dr. Chitnavis is truly the doctor's hands you want to place yourself into. I have never experienced a doctor with such an attentive nature, kind, professional, warm, detail oriented, and thorough doctor. He was incredibly re-assuring, and had the bedside manner that was above and beyond. He should be teaching a course in this as the gold standard. I'm incredibly thankful for his care, and continued due diligence.

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

Mr Bull inspires confidence. He explained the issues and options clearly and like a human being! I felt listened to and able to ask questions. I haven’t yet had the procedure he advised but I believe it is the right course of action at this stage.

He explained what might be going on to me so I could understand and arranged an MRI which I had the following day due to a cancellation.

He answered all my questions and gave me confidence in his skills and ability. .This was followed up by a comprehensive letter from him received quickly after my appointment which confirmed everything I had spoken about.

When I met with Dr. Ibrahim, he listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to address each one thoroughly. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me feel reassured and empowered about my health. Dr Ibrahim didn't rush through the appointment and made sure I felt heard and understood every step of the way. I had an extremely positive experience with Mr Sadek and his practice from start to end. I visited him for severe lower back pain, I was seen after one day and within one week I had an MRI scan done, reviewed, and a diagnosis. I appreciated the empathy and the thorough explanations which reassured me as a patient, generated understanding of my next steps, set my recovery expectations, and clarified what I have to do to get there. A special thanks to Mr Sadek super efficient and polite assistant Maryam who behind the scenes managed the process so that is was swift and as easy as possible for me.
