Mr Gray is clearly very experienced, yet his manner exudes confidence and puts one at ease. He is very approachable and is happy to answer questions and offer reassurance when needed. Dr Andrich is in every way a superb surgeon clinician and diagnostician. But above all she involves her patient fully with detailed explanations (including to the patient's spouse) of her diagnosis, her surgical plan and her follow up plan. That attention to every detail has been fantastic and goes well beyond what a surgeon needs to do (especially one with such a busy schedule). To me she has been truly excellent in every way possible.

He is very clear on the options available and what the outcomes are. He also phoned me several times after the operation to follow up my recovery.
