Slick venue and helpful friendly staff.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Thank you so much! Put my mind at ease. Very friendly staff. Dr was very approachable and spoke so I could understand everything he said. I feel that my symptoms will improve, with the recommendations suggested. Once again, many thanks! Christian B.
