The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

From first consultation through to my dental plan based on Fazeela Khan-Osbourne's expert knowledge and experience and then the treatment itself. Appointments were always made to accommodate our travel and the clinic was extremely helpful when I had to fit in a procedure with short notice.
