From the first consultation I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Mr Townley clearly explained the procedure and recovery and the result I could expect. The day of the operation all the staff were amazing and although it’s quite painful I felt I was receiving the best possible care. After 4 days I felt much better and after my cast was taken off two weeks later people who saw me were unaware I’d had anything done. I’m so delighted with the result and have a new found confidence. After waiting so long to get it done I couldn’t be happier. I would have no hesitation recommending Mr Townley and his team to anyone wishing to have rhinoplasty.

I had my breast reduction surgery with Mr Ghali in April 2024. Mr Ghali was extremely professional through each stage of the process, and helped me feel really at ease. I get quite nervous around medical procedures, and he helped support me through this. This is a procedure that I have wanted for many years and I am so glad to have gone to Mr Ghali for this. Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal. Matt and his team have done a superb job. Special thanks to Tracey for "holding my hand" and giving me advice. I cannot recommend Matt James and his team highly enough. Thank you all.

Picking your surgeon can be so difficult. I can not stress about the importance on the way your surgeon makes you feel when you first interact and share your vision and expectations. You just instantly know! When I first met Dr Sadri I just knew! His professionalism, knowledge and realistic expectations made it so easy. He’s so thorough, kind and reassuring, yet didn’t over promise but most certainly over delivered! My bruising lasted for about 5 days post op. I look and feel fantastic. So thank you Dr Sadri. You are a rising star in your profession and a true asset to plastic surgery. I feel privileged to have had him as my surgeon.

Mr Mo Akhavani was just brilliant. He explained what was wrong with my finger what would happen during the operation and my after care. On the day of the operation he made me feel relaxed and during the op ( I had a local ) he was both professional and funny making the whole experience so much better. Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.
