Very good attitude by all staff I was in contact with. Mr Blackburn was clear in explaining what was being done and most sensitive.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Lovely experience

The staff are very friendly. The nurse who works with Dr Nida Chammas is lovely. I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. I had a blood test taken in the clinic downstairs and nearly fainted (I hadn't eaten and hate needles). The nurse I had was lovely and provided me food and fanned me with paper until I felt better. He was fantastic.

Very helpful staff qnd very nice building. Waiting area was very comfortable and the complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch.

Nice small clinic where the staff are all super friendly and go out of their way to help. Just what's needed when you are a little nervous going your 1st time!

Other than a long wait for a bed, exceptionally well looked after. Post op visit by doctor who explained procedure and outcome very much appreciated.

The hospital was good. Can get very busy so pharmacy and waiting area can take a while
