The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Friendly and efficient staff who, I felt, were very caring and concerned for my wellbeing. Outcome was what I hoped for but would have liked a little more flexibility in terms of timing.

Fantastic device and facilities never had to wait for appointments. Friendly staff.
