Amazing, caring, thoughtful

After reading previous reviews I was really concerned when my Dad was sent here from hospital. He has been here for a year now and has only good things to say about his care he really likes the staff especially Mandy who has really helped him. He has no complaints about the food and he seems really settled and loves to have a bit of banter with the staff. He chose to stay here when given a choice to move and that really says it all in my opinion.

The staff have exhibited a friendly empathetic approach to resident centred care. They work as one team with one goal to deliver highest standard of care every day.

We believe that the Bryansburn care home is the best in Bangor, the care our mother gets is beyond our expectations. The home is run in a Warm, friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable manner. All questions answered & needs met.
