Dr Alice Scott is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to listen to my issues and offers various options depending on how I wish to deal with them. She explains everything in clear terms and has an empathy which allows me to feel safe and trust her judgement in all my health concerns. I cannot recommend her more highly and feel confident that I have found a doctor who I can have continuity with and able to go through my menopause ‘phase’ without the anxiety that was dragging me down, before I had the pleasure to meet her.

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

She was very reassuring and put my mind at rest . Very helpful.

Follow up appointment with Mr Hussain to discuss and prescribe HRT now that my perimenopausal symptoms were significant. As always he put my mind at rest, discussed risks and benefits and I left feeling happy with the decision. Would highly recommend every time.

Mr Rathod was very patient and explained to me in detail what my diagnosis was (even using several drawings). During the procedure, he kept me informed and answered my questions in a way I could understand. Now that I'm recovering, I'm very thankful to Mr Rathod for his work and for giving me more options instead of going with the most radical solution.
