Mr Lee is clearly an outstanding spinal surgeon. I'm now at 6 weeks after my two-stage operations in April 2024 (decompression, correction of degenerative scoliosis and L2 to L5 fusion). I'm already much more mobile and independent than I thought I would be. None of the major risks that I feared from spinal surgery happened and the pre-op pains and cramps in my lower back and legs have disappeared. It's early days in my recuperation but, so far, I rate the surgery as a complete success. I cannot praise Mr Lee highly enough.

The operation was a 100% success and the both Dr Falkouri and his PA Melanie were very supportive throughout the consultation, operation and aftercare.

I opted for surgery and Mr Aylott performed a microdiscectomy on me just 3 weeks later at the London Spine Unit, Harley Street. I was admitted at 8.15am and walked out of the hospital at 3.15pm the same day feeling amazingly well. Now six weeks on from my surgery I have no more sciatic or back pain and at 74 feel fit and mobile once again. I have several friends who have back issues and have naturally recommended him to them.

I was treated with care, compassion and given a lot of detail and support and time for all my questions by Mr Prezerakos. I opted for a discectomy after several consultations and physiotherapy as the first step of treatment, but was in too much pain to walk, so had the surgery and am pleased to report all of my pain has gone and the surgey was successful.
