I was diagnosed with a meningioma and asked for a referral to Mr Dorward after careful research. I was very impressed with both the expertise and care he showed in explaining my options. I had an operation to remove the tumour and have been delighted with the result and would gladly recommend him to anyone else in the same position.

His bedside manner is professional and kind. I felt reassured I was in good hands throughout the entire process. Could not recommend more highly.

When I first came to Doctor Sian, I was in a very bad way with prolapsed discs and chronic pain, as a result this had impacted my mental health to a very dark place. I had lost the ability to live my normal life because of pain and fear. Doctor Sian was the first person to acknowledge my situation properly after years of being treated less well by other Doctors. He explained our options clearly and was always easy to talk to. Over the time I have been seeing him, I have slowly recovered from being in terrible pain, to being in a much better physical state, and my mental health has massively improved. Mr Banerjee was kind, courteous and sympathetic. He listened carefully and asked relevant questions to understand how to treat my chronic symptoms. Following an MRI scan, he explained and showed me the causes for my lower back pain. As I am a keen sportsman, he suggested epidural injections rather than the option of spinal decompression/ fusion operation, so that I can continue my rock climbing and cycling activities, uninhibited Mr Banerjee performed the injection very calmly and carefully. I felt relaxed and comfortable to such an extent that my blood pressure readings remained low throughout the procedures.

Mr Taylor is not only an excellent surgeon but also very empathetic. I went to see him in September 2023 and I was in intolerable pain. Within 2 weeks he operated and I woke up pain free. After 6 months I have full movement in my neck, the pain has not returned and my scar is barely visible.

I don't have issues with the doctor, but the lack of responsiveness from his medical team has made it almost impossible to move forward with my treatment. He needs better administrative support so his patients don't have to go through such a frustrating experience and delay treatment.

Consultations were very brief and limited in the information given. No follow up to unsuccessful treatment offered. Messages left to office to make contact for follow up not answered.

Mr Harris carried out spinal surgery on my daughter, he is always very clear and considered when talking to you, calm when dealing with highly stressed parents. the surgery resulted in a better result that expected, and we would recommend Mr Harris to anyone undergoing spinal surgery. His secretary is exceptional, always responsive and available!
