I don't have issues with the doctor, but the lack of responsiveness from his medical team has made it almost impossible to move forward with my treatment. He needs better administrative support so his patients don't have to go through such a frustrating experience and delay treatment.

Overall I had a very positive experience with Dr Lui. He was clear, explained the science behind what was causing me issues and very rational with respect to his recommendations. He made me feel very comfortable in understanding where the problem originated from and recommendations of treatment.

My daughter has scoliosis and the curve in her spine was severe. Mr Lucas has straightened her up nicely and we are extremely pleased with the result. The care she received throughout her operation was outstanding. Mr Lucas was very kind and put us all at ease. Although we were apprehensive about the surgery he made us feel confident that everything would be ok and it was!
