Very friendly staff and environment. The booking team is quite efficient too. Great experience so far.

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

Service was friendly and efficient. I appreciated the attention to detail which included frequent checking of my identity at each important step of the day.

The staff were very friendly and my nurse, Beth, was also very clear and helpful throughout the appointment
