Nice calm and beautiful environment

The standard of care and professionalism across all the functions at KEVII is exemplary, and above that which I have experienced at other private hospitals in London.

My experience at The Princess Grace hospital was nothing short of excellent

Cromwell Hospital was very efficient and kind in dealing with my child and the various tests he needed to have.

No delays or backlog or extended waiting. Plenty of reception staff to service queues which makes a big difference in an efficient service. Clean and plenty of parking. I would have liked to see a better stocked play area for the young children (2 year old) as its very small. Maybe some books, a colouring table with colours and paper etc. Nothing extravagant just enough to keep little minds occupied.

General feedback is very good. One thing I'd like to note is when my father was an inpatient, he had choice over his menu after having a stroke. My family was disappointed to see there was no moderating to stop him for example, having ice cream for dessert every meal, which based on his condition wasn't ideal.

My experience with entire team was very professional. Will love to recommend their care given.

A fine establishment, professional friendly staff.

There was an out of date certificate of cleanliness in the Reception area. While I was in the waiting bay, nurses were talking loudly about “the woman in bay 7” which was me and whether I would leave before the afternoon clinic began. It made me feel uncomfortable.

Overall experience was very pleasant.
