Ben is extremely easy to speak to and confide in. He makes the experience very comfortable and safe. He is understanding and has a great way of handling difficult sessions. He allowed me to come to huge realisations on my own, but slowly working through what was happening in my past and present. I could not have asked for a better experience.

As new parents with highly demanding careers, we got really concerned when our infant wasn’t making any eye contact and struggled to develop a secure bond with us. Dr. Vieira helped us with practical tips and strategies to create a closer connection with our baby built on trust and love through mirroring behaviour and better meetings our daughter’s needs while also focusing on self-care. It's been a really interesting experience working on myself with Eleanor. I have only had an initial 5 sessions and I am now taking some time to work on things solo before having a second batch of sessions in the coming months. I found the sessions to be informative, supportive and productive in the early steps of my treatment. I would therefore definitely recommend Eleanor for CBT based therapy which in my case was for skin issues.
