Clean and helpful

HCA Hospital is always my preferred London clinic, as logistics are always smooth, as well as doctors and staff exceptional at their roles

Every member of the team was a delight to deal with - from sonographers to nurses and receptionists. Pre and post appointment care was impressive - from bookings to proactive calls to check in post-op.

Everyone has been friendly and efficient over the period of about two years now (I think) that I've been under treatment and then periodic evaluation after my cancers. Everyone has been sympathetic without being condescending, able to participate in humour, and invariably competent and efficient. I could not have asked for better.

The hospital is very clean, this includes the reception, waiting area, toilets, corridors, consultation rooms and wards. The waiting area is spacious, bright and a wide range of teas and coffee are also provided free of charge. All of the staff a very friendly and they remind you about parking should you forget although it is clearly written everywhere. The hospital easy to locate and parking, although limited, is free of charge.

Very little wait time and very efficient

Good location in London.

The nursing staff were my rock before, during and after my surgery. They were helpful with pain management and on top of any possible concern.
