Well theirs the expectation that you should know where your going. Once up the lift no one to greet it’s very eerie feeling and very institutional going through the white corridors lacked art and colour no warmth it’s like al emotiveness is not there in that building

Had a great experience at St John & St Elizabeth when I had a hip replacement recently. They cared for me very well and everything felt efficient t and professional.

But for the fact that I was 'in' for a hip replacement operation and was therefore understandable apprehensive, I'm tempted to say the two night stay at this hospital was enjoyable, such was the excellent and professional treatment that I received. All the nurses and support staff were friendly and attentive at all times. And the food was good too.

Excellent, communication has been prompt and clear from my first interaction, the whole team have been great.

I had a wonderful experience with Maria at Butterfield Osteopathy, I felt she understood my issues and eased me into the treatment, I felt relief from the first visit. Looking forward to returning to my next appointment. The place is also very beautiful and calming to be inside.

Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating
