I felt really comfortable and relaxed with Dr Seah. He explained everything very well in a manner which I understood! When I saw him I was in considerable pain and was really worried about going on a holiday to the States which involved a lot of walking. He was so good and arranged for everything to be actioned quickly including having a steroid injection. The result was like magic and I was able to walk pain free which meant I had a great holiday! Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.
