I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

Charlotte was very helpful and she had a good plan for me to reduce my cholesterol level and I followed her good advice to the word. I have now a rule book too follow thanks to her.

Since doing the Lightning Process with Kate, I have managed to take huge steps in my recovery from ME/CFS. I have more energy, and am able to be much more active than I have been before. I am more calm and relaxed in my daily life, I am kinder to myself, and I can look at the future again with a sense of excitement and hope, instead of despair.
