Dr Abrahamson is a remarkable paediatric consultant who truly goes above and beyond in providing exceptional care. From the moment we walked into Cromwell his warm demeanour put my child at ease, instantly building trust. He is knowledgeable, incredibly empathetic and intensely observant. The blood results confirmed his diagnosis and he made himself available to explain and to address all of our concerns. I cannot thank him enough, he is by far the best paediatric consultant that I have ever met. He genuinely cares and cannot bare to see a child suffer. We will not be seeing anyone else other than Dr Ed.

We’ve known Dr Bakshi for a number of years after he initially saw our son regarding an allergy. He has been happy for us to reach out to him as and when we needed advice on a variety of paediatric medical issues, and even out of hours / whilst on holiday he has come back to us with the advice and reassurance we wanted.

Such a friendly doctor who cares deeply and has a genuine passion for helping children.

Dr D’Cruz is a fantastic general paediatrician who has great communication skills and bedside manner . She investigates and treats pragmatically and is clearly very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend her .

Dear Dr Menakaya, My family and I wanted to thank you for your utmost care of our 16 year old daughter and for the kindness that you have shown her from initial meeting and consistently so throughout all of her treatment. It is incredibly heartwarming to have a medical professional speak and engage with her and ourselves to ensure that she understood and was involved in her treatment at every stage. Unfortunately, I'd not rate Dr Vadamalayan highly. My child and I were in and out in 10 minutes and I felt that he didn't listened to me much or took any notice of what I was telling him, even before we left the room he was checking his phone. Even my child commented " that was quick mummy, it took us 25 mins to get here and only a few mins to see the doctor!" Despite telling the doctor that my child did not suffer from constipation he prescribed tablets for a colonic transit study so my child had to take tablets for 3 consecutive days and on day 4 an x-ray of abdomen was done. He called us a couple of days after the x-ray, he didn't even have the results and asked us to tell him once again what our concerns were which I thought he'd have had noted down during our initial consultation. He then called a few days later to tell me that he had found the x-ray results and there was no sign of the tablets somy child did pass them and didn't have constipation which I had told him already. The only thing he could suggest was giving my child laxatives to make my child have diarrhea and clear out the intestines which again was unnecessary as the reason for our visit was to find out why my child throws up occasionally while feeling absolutely fine and well, without any sign or symptoms of any illness. My child did not suffer from constipation. I told him at the consultation that it could of course be psychological but I wanted to rule out any physiological problems and focusing on constipation was not helpful. Having had to pay the excess on our health insurance and other bills I'm very unsatisfied.

Dr Al-Saffar was amazing with my daughter. Very clear in her advice and very calm in her approach which was just what you need with a teenager. Her review was very comprehensive and I would definitely recommend her as she has expertise in many areas.

The staff were friendly, professional, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. The waiting time was minimal, and the check-in process was smooth. I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout my visit. I would definitely return to this clinic for any future medical needs.
