It was great

Everyone at the Westminster Maternity Suite was extremely friendly and caring. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the view totally makes up for it!

From the moment I entered the building (feeling somewhat apprehensive as I was there for an operation under GA) I felt reassured and welcomed. A member of staff (a nurse I think) who I saw arriving just before 7am made me feel welcome immediately, and explained where I needed to go. Every member of staff I met during my stay was caring, kind, empathetic and compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The theatre staff were reassuring and kind. The Consultant anaesthetist explained what would happen, listened and distracted me effectively. The surgeon listened to me and answered my questions. He explained what would happen and what to expect in the coming days post operatively. All the nursing staff were truly wonderful. They were empathetic, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I cannot thank the nursing staff enough. They listened to my concerns and were reassuring and gave knowledgeable explanations to my questions. Thank you to you all.

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.

The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.
