I came to visit Dr Hewitt for a second opinion on my lung issue, his knowledge was outstanding. After a brief discussion on my history, Dr Hewitt reviewed my file and explained everything in clear detail. He gave advice on how we should proceed, what has happened so far that could be changed and ordered follow up tests that we could compare against the old tests.

Dr. Bolat has been remarkable in diagnosing and managing my husband’s heart failure, addressing symptoms like shortness of breath and leg swelling with exceptional skill and care. His ability to swiftly identify the issue and implement a personalized treatment plan has significantly improved my husband’s quality of life. Dr. Bolat’s thorough approach, combined with his compassionate communication, has not only provided us with effective medical solutions but also peace of mind during a challenging time. Unfortunately, I'd not rate Dr Vadamalayan highly. My child and I were in and out in 10 minutes and I felt that he didn't listened to me much or took any notice of what I was telling him, even before we left the room he was checking his phone. Even my child commented " that was quick mummy, it took us 25 mins to get here and only a few mins to see the doctor!" Despite telling the doctor that my child did not suffer from constipation he prescribed tablets for a colonic transit study so my child had to take tablets for 3 consecutive days and on day 4 an x-ray of abdomen was done. He called us a couple of days after the x-ray, he didn't even have the results and asked us to tell him once again what our concerns were which I thought he'd have had noted down during our initial consultation. He then called a few days later to tell me that he had found the x-ray results and there was no sign of the tablets somy child did pass them and didn't have constipation which I had told him already. The only thing he could suggest was giving my child laxatives to make my child have diarrhea and clear out the intestines which again was unnecessary as the reason for our visit was to find out why my child throws up occasionally while feeling absolutely fine and well, without any sign or symptoms of any illness. My child did not suffer from constipation. I told him at the consultation that it could of course be psychological but I wanted to rule out any physiological problems and focusing on constipation was not helpful. Having had to pay the excess on our health insurance and other bills I'm very unsatisfied.
