Mr Verganis is exceptionally professional and kind. Obviously he has a wealth of experience and is an expert in his field. I’m truly grateful for the relief I feel from all the symptoms I had previously and some I haven’t mentioned. I was about to make an appointment for an assessment relating to restless leg syndrome as I was experiencing constant twitching and restlessness in both legs whenever I lay down. All that, was stopped due to the op. I’m pleased to say that since my operation the twitching and restlessness is also gone. Dr. Chitnavis is truly the doctor's hands you want to place yourself into. I have never experienced a doctor with such an attentive nature, kind, professional, warm, detail oriented, and thorough doctor. He was incredibly re-assuring, and had the bedside manner that was above and beyond. He should be teaching a course in this as the gold standard. Mr Akram made me feel at ease and explained in detail the options I have in the future. He answered all my questions and gave me confidence in his skills and ability. .This was followed up by a comprehensive letter from him received quickly after my appointment which confirmed everything I had spoken about.

Mr Reynolds gave very clear explanations of all treatments at each stage and answered any questions I might have had. He was calm, professional and reassuring at all times and the outcomes following surgery have been very positive.

Mr Banerjee was kind, courteous and sympathetic. He listened carefully and asked relevant questions to understand how to treat my chronic symptoms. Following an MRI scan, he explained and showed me the causes for my lower back pain. As I am a keen sportsman, he suggested epidural injections rather than the option of spinal decompression/ fusion operation, so that I can continue my rock climbing and cycling activities, uninhibited Mr Banerjee performed the injection very calmly and carefully. I felt relaxed and comfortable to such an extent that my blood pressure readings remained low throughout the procedures.

Mr Mendoza, Was Very Knowledge and reassuring, he provided a through review of the MRI and I left feeling happier that my headaches were not a result of the concerns i had Also, appreciating that the headaches were still causing me distress, Mr Mendoza advised he would advise that further referral would be beneficial
