I got an appointment quickly; review came through quicker than expected. Nurse was lovely and gave a lot of helpful information. Also appreciated the actual exam was totally directed by myself in regards to what to have a look at.

Booking an appointment was easy and able to get same/next day slots. Had two appointments, one I got seen early and the second one while late, the communication around this was very good

Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

Very good experience although much longer wait than anticipated. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful
