Overall, I have had a very good experience whilst an inpatient/outpatient. However, a couple of outpatient appointments have entailed a long wait prior to being seen.

My experience at the Cleveland Clinic was exemplary. There was nothing not to like. Every member of the team that I encountered; from porters , receptionists, booking in clerks, auxilliaries, nurses, doctors and surgeons were completely focused on my well being. The evironment and facilities were welcoming, clean and everything I could possibly require was available. Nothing was too much trouble 24/7. During my treatment at the clinic I managed to lose a pendant and my wedding ring on different occasions! Unbelievably both were found, only because the staff cared to listen and then went out of their way to search and find them. Amazing and truly exceeded all expectations.

Every moment spent at the Spire Dunedin hospital was a wonderful experience. Each nurse I met shared their utmost kindness before, during and after the operation. I was beautifully looked after, and cannot thank them enough.
