His expertise in ENT care was evident, and his recommendations were thoughtful and tailored to my needs.

Mr Jolly put me at ease from the moment I met him with his warm and kind personality. He did a thorough examination of my eyes and after following his advice and using the treatment he had prescribed, my eyes felt better within 24 hours after suffering for over a week. Doctor Hamid is clearly experienced, has a light hearted approach and smile on his face. Overall, I had apositive patient experience with him. A few improvements to note for the future based on my experience: - I had the impression, both in the 1st call and on the day of surgery, that he was in a hurry and was looking forward to cut it short with me. - The first appointment with him was scheduled as video call and I was expecting that, however it was run by telephone. This uncommunicated and unexplained change in the moment made me uncomfortable because as a patient I'd like to build trust and easen up with the surgeon.
