Professional, Friendly, took time to explain thing to me without feeling rushed

After my appointment with Dr Carl Shakespeare, all my worries evaporated…. Dr Shakespeare explained every thing with a lovely manner and I am so relieved and appreciate of all he did for me..

Dr Grigeur is a very caring, professional and thorough cardiologist. She ensures all testing is carried out to a high standard, communicates results and explains symptoms-/ treatment plan accordingly ( and in an easy to understand manner). She is also very reassuring with regards to her availability in case of worsening symptoms , and I feel in very good hands,

Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and attentive, also friendly and polite. He put me at ease from our first initial chat. He was very willing to investigate and reassure. I can not be more grateful.

I only have good words for Dr Maradia about his management of my palpitation.

I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Melita is a fabulous Doctor and human. She connects with our son (2-year-old with Achondroplasia) and understands our concerns and needs. We feel she goes above and beyond what we could have expected from our meetings. She's very knowledgeable and it puts us at ease knowing our sons in good hands. We value her time and expertise. I couldn't recommend her highly enough and would run out of superlatives to describe her.

I was slightly nervous before my Consultation. Dr Brull put me at my ease and I appreciated how he communicated with me during my time with him.
