Was referred to OSD for MRI and Radiology by West Herts Hospital. The appointment day and time were very convenient after work hours. Easy check in and very little waiting time. The staff were very friendly and informative. The process was speedy and without issue. 90 mins later was out of the unit. Most impressed, but as expected from a private unit. Hope they send me back for further treatment in due course.

The appointment went ahead as scheduled. The various test results were explained to me. I was impressed by the thorough nature of the tests undertaken and the next steps were clear.

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.
