I was extremely well looked after by everyone I came into contact with and they all tried to put me at my ease.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

I meet dr Hannah Douglas very professional and very knowledgeable, I would really recommend it to everyone who is looking for a good checkup of health care.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.
