I was referred to Mr Ghosh by another Consultant who I was informed undertook half knee replacements that I had been advised I should consider having. Mr Ghosh confirmed this would be the best option, showed me my MRI and the damage to my knee and that he was happy to perform the operation. This was scheduled for just 3 weeks later. I received a detailed explanation of what the operation entailed and the possible issues that may arise. I met with Mr Ghosh both pre op and after it had been performed and then again 6 weeks later. He gave me very good advice concerning post operative physiotherapy and that my recovery was very much in my own hands. I'm very please to say I have made a rapid recovery. I considered I was in expert hands throughout and very pleased with the outcome.

Dave has been helping me with my foot pain (PTTD with flat foot) since March. He made a custom insole and gave a shoe recommendation which I have used for my first marathon to help reduce the pain. Great experience from the first meeting and also the follow up meeting which he gave another rehab programme to continue. I can really see great progress with my foot now and appreciate all the help.

This was my 3rd appointment with Dr Astorri for the Evusheld injection. My experience has been fantastic! As an immunocompromised person I absolutely value the service she provides. I find her very personable and happy to explain any questions I have in a way I understand. I took my daughter with me today and she was happy to repeat in detail answers to my questions because I knew I would forget as soon as I left! I did not feel rushed or a nuisance. It is extremely important to have this relationship with your consultant, someone who puts you at your ease. I cannot recommend Dr Astorri highly enough!

Being treated by Tom was an absolute dream, firstly (and perhaps most importantly) he is clearly an incredible surgeon, I actually cannot believe how well my foot has healed and how amazing it looks after such a relatively short time. Secondly, his manner through the process was wonderful - kind, generous with his time, thoughtful, informed - could not have asked for more.

On the whole, a lovely consultant. The reason for the 4 stars was a very slight language barrier, and also explanation of surgery in recovery when still groggy from anaesthetic. Not his fault, just time restraints. Happy for him to perform surgery in the future, if needed?

Shoulder OP with the Exceptional Dr David Butt. I have had a shoulder issue for 6 months that was not getting any better with many visits to the physio. I had an injection to relieve the pain as I was not sleeping and finally had surgery to clean up my shoulder impingement. Dr Butt was extremely caring and understanding and very easy to communicate with. A great sense of humor and a welcoming attitude. A great Dr that I definitely recommend 5 Star service from him & his staff
