I was assisted as soon I entered the hospital and directed to where I needed to be. The reception at Willow unit was friendly. My pre-assessment went well and Ros Court explained everything and was very patient with all my questions.

Sev has done an amazing job getting me through 2 marathons with real challenges to my knee and ITB. I wouldn't have completed either had it not been for him!

Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.
