Dr. Din took the time to answer all my questions before my procedure in a clear, detailed and kind way. He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. You know you are in good hands from the moment you first meet Mr Nanidis. I was extremely nervous about having DIEP surgery but he puts you at ease, explains the procedure very well and has an excellent bedside manner. He also checks on you often straight after the surgery and through the follow ups. Amazingly I didn't have to have drains and the quality and neatness of the surgery is exceptional. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

From the first consultation I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Mr Townley clearly explained the procedure and recovery and the result I could expect. The day of the operation all the staff were amazing and although it’s quite painful I felt I was receiving the best possible care. After 4 days I felt much better and after my cast was taken off two weeks later people who saw me were unaware I’d had anything done. I’m so delighted with the result and have a new found confidence.
