Amazing. Very thorough, explained things at every level, was jovial and put you at ease.

I could not rate Mr Thakur anything other than excellent. He had to deliver some upsetting news to me initially and he did this with such great empathy and care. Everything was explained very clearly to me and any questions I had were always answered. I feel extremely lucky to have had Mr Thakur as my consultant, I can honestly say I don't think I've ever met a nicer consultant and would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

He is extremely calm and patient and he made the whole experience positive and focused on my wishes and getting me back to where I was before the diagnosis.
