The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

Very well handled putting my nervous daughter at ease. She required several extractions/ crowns/ fillings. The procedure was explained clearly to me, and smoothly carried out by Dr. Patel and team with no complications. Afterwards, everyone was wonderful in comforting her during recovery from the sedation.

An excellent, friendly and expert service. Dr Sheraz Aleem is top in the field for ceramic inplants. He listened to my preferences and did everything in his power to ensure my dental requirements (both technical and aesthetic) were met. I liked the way he explains everything and the care is good The nurse Lavunua she was so nice and so caring The the receptionist Grace and Karrie they were really good .
