Horrible experience from start to finish - from failure to provide key medical information in my first cycle, to failure to give the financial impact of medical decisions the team wanted to make on my behalf in the second, to constant cash grabs after the fact (e.g., not getting any benefit from the “1 year of free storage” if you have a previous cycle of eggs frozen - even though the samples from 2 cycles are treated as one lot of inventory AFTER the free year that you don’t benefit expires). Do yourself a favor and go any other fertility provider. Facilities at the partner clinics they use are clean and treatments are safe. Kings Fertility which did both my extractions were great.

The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.

I felt the system is very medically safe. The consult with the doctor confirmed this as covering all safety areas and a letter has been sent to my GP. The ordering system is a bit clunky and did not happen automatically but again safety checks were made. I am pleased with the ability to do blood tests. I think there could be more guidance re lifestyle changes in tandem which I don’t need as am a fan of Fast 800 programme but not everyone is equipped to make the best food choices

The hospital was very good, the room was nice and the staff could not do enough for you. I felt very well looked after. Whenever I have had an appointment they are on time.

Irfana is lovely and really puts your mind at ease in what is an incredibly stressful time. She takes time to explain what is happening so you feel involved in the process.
