Mr Sayal is an excellent communicator and takes the time and trouble not only to explain the medical condition clearly but to set out options and likely outcomes to enable the patient to make an informed decision. He is both professional and caring.

I had a great experience with Professor Sandhu. I never felt rushed or unheard as he would always take the time to explain his opinion/findings, as well as the options available to me. He would also ensure any questions I had were answered in the appointment before any decision on next steps were made. We built trust very quickly considering when I first met with him I was quite nervous about my condition and what lay ahead. But he always reassured me and not by way of overpromising any particular outcome, which felt genuine and honest. The surgery was a success in the end and I'm so grateful for the improvements that have been made to my overall wellbeing!

Throughout the consultation, operation and the follow up appointment I found him to be exceptional professional. He explained everything very clearly with the procedure and also how successful the operation had been. During the operation he was in total control and I was highly impressed with his and his team's performance. I could not fault any part of the procedure.

Mr Jain is kind and caring. My children were immediately calmed by his easy and caring manner. He always takes the time to explain his diagnosis and reasoning. We have now brought three of our children (1, 3, and 5) to Mr Jain and are confident and happy under his care!
