After being monitored by a hospital for 2-3 years for my Liver, I was feeling hopeless about my declining condition. From the initial appointment, I finally got an in-depth explanation of my condition, and what help he could offer, whereas previously I had been told no treatment was available to me. He is professional and reassuring , which has helped enormously to dispel my anxiety regarding my Liver. He is positive, calm and extremely knowledgeable. What separates him from others is his creative approach to problem solving, with numerous suggestions for treatments for ongoing situations, which has been priceless. This is someone that puts forth effort for their patients. I now feel relieved and confident that my Liver can heal again. A very impressive doctor who I would fully recommend to anyone concerned about their Liver . From the very start he has been outstanding and I am most grateful to have him as my doctor.

Professor Frampton explained everything thoroughly and in a way easy to understand for someone without medical knowledge. He listened to concerns and reassured throughout the process and answered all my questions promptly and clearly. His care on the day of my procedure was exceptional, both before, during and after, and he also took time to talk to my husband and keep him fully updated on how things had gone. This was especially appreciated as the procedure had been more challenging than anticipated. Following my operation, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a call at home the next day from Professor Frampton to check on how I was doing and when I had some concerns during my recovery the following week, he called me again late at night for advice and reassurance.

Last autumn, I had my third procedure (over five years) with Miss Pissanou, and in my view, I could be in no better hands. Miss Pissanou is an expert in her field and her bedside manner is exceptional--warm and personable. She also engages you by taking the time to explain her thinking and recommendations. In general, her standards are very high, and she has my complete confidence. She will always be the person to whom I go to first for relevant medical needs, and I will continue to refer others to her.

Dr Bhuva and his Practice Secretary have been amazing with my cancer care (since being diagnosed in 2019). He takes the time to ensure I have a full understanding of my diagnosis, the options available with treatment and the research and statistics that go with them. As a patient that needs detail and information to feel in control, he will update me on timings and processes with scans, results and next steps. Dr Bhuva has gotten to know myself and my husband, our communication styles and what we need to be as comfortable as possible during our journey in the cancer world. I have never felt like he was too busy for me. He has treated me as an individual, not a statistic within a large group of patients. My case has been rare and complex and I know he seeks specialists and colleagues he has within his network to also ensure I am getting the best care possible. He doesn't let ego get in the way of things! The support given by his Practice Secretary is also 5*. She will always try her best to accommodate us with appointments, she knows exactly where we are up to in any process and is highly communicative with me and all the other specialist teams and departments involved in my care. This in itself helps keep stress levels low so you as a patient can focus on your treatment. I would not hesitate recommending Dr. Bhuva.
