I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

I came to see Mr. Liantis with a lower back pain and had an excellent experience with him. He has a friendly and calming manner. He explains things methodically and is generous with his time. As a patient you feel like you are in save hands with Mr. Liantis. My MRI results did not show anything of a concern but it was reassuring to hear a detailed explanation from Mr. Liantis and look at the scan together. I would recommend this doctor.

Very thorough and understanding and would highly recomend

Dr. Singh is an incredible practitioner. He is extremely patient and kind and seems to care deeply about his patients. I am new to the UK medical system and he has taken a great deal of time explaining how things work here and helping me to find the correct treatment and work within the system. He is extraordinarily responsive to questions and frequently gets back to me the same day, even if it's outside of normal business hours. I have seen a lot of practitioners and rarely have I felt that they truly understand my condition and are interested in discussing possible treatments. Dr. Singh is exceptional in that respect. I have never felt rushed or that I've been anything other than a top priority at each appointment. I cannot recommend Dr. Singh more highly. Excellent care, all explanations were clear and made me feel comfortable with procedure, outcomes and risks Highly recommended

Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. Dr Benjamin was also the same with my son in previous appointments and his care and concern for his patients really does comes across.

Good doctor

I was very pleased to be able to see Mr Am Rai from the outset having been treated by him previously. Mr Rai was extremely professional and particularly interested in my wider circumstances generally, and to ascertain possible causes of my back and hip problem. Previously, and after a number of operations, Mr Rai successfully rid the terrible sciatic nerve pain that I had been suffering with so I have a lot to thank him for.

Dr Ray came recommended from another mum and after seeing 3 different GP’s that kept telling me to not worry when I knew my 5 year old needed some help, I knew it was time to take things further. I felt seen and heard by Dr Ray. She has a very friendly approach both with the parents as well as children, is a great listener, clearly great at what she does and it was a lovely experience from beginning to end. I will not go elsewhere from now on when it comes to my son.

Dr Lavan is an excellent GP. He is one of the first doctors who listened to me and my concerns without dismissing them. He referred me for a scan, he later explained the results clearly and he provided guidance for a follow-up with a specialist. His explanations regarding medical tests were very detailed but easy to understand. Also, I was able to get a same day appointment which is fantastic and the price set at £50 for a phone appointment was also reasonable. Very good experience overall.
