Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. Dr Benjamin was also the same with my son in previous appointments and his care and concern for his patients really does comes across.

Dr Ray was very good when we went to see her and listened to what we had to say. She recommended some tests and gave my daughter some medication. But post appointment trying to get hold of her has proved difficult and trying to find out test results has been hard, so we are no further forward than we were before our appointment.

He is caring, empathetic and knowledgeable. Reassuring when required and investigates appropriately with follow up. Seems genuinely interested in people and health and proactive care

Dr Persey was very quiet and helpful he explained everything and was very gentle when he examined my shoulder and arm

I could not recommend Mr Mokawem enough after the treatment and care he has given me for my scoliosis. Every appointment we had, we are always approached with a reassuring and calm manner, and feeling fully informed on our possible options. We were meant to go ahead with surgery, yet after the Multi-Disciplinary Meeting took place, we were told that in my current position, they should not operate until further investigation had taken place. This just shows how incredible this team is, willing to postpone the surgery as something was not quite adding up. However, after thorough investigation, the surgery went ahead. He always left me choice throughout this process, listing all of the benefits and drawbacks of each stage. I was operated on at the RNOH, and almost every day, Mr Mokawem would come and see me. On around day 3, he came in and asked me if I wanted to stand and go for a short walk. I didn’t as this was one of the days I felt the most sore, but after some time chatting with him, he reassured me and supported me to push myself. I could not be more grateful for Mr Mokawem and his team’s care, and would highly recommend him to anyone! He has been hugely reassuring both to me and my parents.

Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well. Thank you!

I felt comfortable with Mr Lee from our first consultation, he was very clear in his explanation of what was required for my operation/s which went really well and recovery has been excellent, I find Mr Lee to be an excellent surgeon with a can do and caring attitude, I would 100% recommend him to anyone requiring surgery..
