I have had a very good experience with MyAccess so far. The clinic responds to queries quickly and the staff are very friendly and helpful. In future I would like to see the patient portal improved so that it had more information regarding prescriptions and products.

Been today to see Dr Masud, for my adult daughter. A1 service, extremely lovely Doctor, caring and professional. Following assessment and diagnosis explained everything in detail, from diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. He put my daughter at ease and gave her the reassurance and support she needed. Thank you Dr Masud.. you are a credit to you profession.

My experience with Orri has been fantastic. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel welcome. The environment feels safe and very pro-recovery; I feel Orri have definitely been instrumental in enabling my recovery and allowing me to feel heard at every stage of my treatment.
